How SPG Started
I started Shore Properties Group in 2017 by managing my own properties in Chicago. I bought buildings, renovated them, found tenants, collected rent, handled maintenance — all of it. When I eventually sold some of those assets, other investors started asking me to manage theirs.
That's how SPG works: I manage your property the same way I managed my own. Not with a call center. Not with a ticket system. With direct communication, fast responses, and the same level of care I had when the mortgage was in my name.
